CINNEL STORE

<p>Bought a dress at CINNEL STORE and they damaged it while doing alterations and didn't own up to their mistake. I'm surprised they decided to keep my dress for 4 years which was fully paid (R3 500) and never bother to contact me. Even the Consumer Protection Act did their best to assist but the store refused to take responsibility. </p> <p>All I want now is to have my dress back so that I can donate it to one girl for a matric dance.</p>
