SHOCKING SERVICE

I submitted a 3rd party claim to Martie Van Der Walt in August 2025, I have called her several times and also emailed her several times to please follow up with Santam. To date she has still not responded, when I called her the last time she said she will follow up with Santam and cc me in the email, this was on the 16 October 2025, today I called in again only to find out that she is on leave. I have now taken it upon myself to do my own following up on this claim.
