Zero customer service and ignoring my refund request

I attended the free seminar and stupidly signed up to the paid 2 day course that was 'half price for today only'. I later found out that the course is not even run by legacy education alliance and the full price of the course is 1/3 of what i paid at a supposed 50% discount, so in other words, the usual price that legacy education alliance charge is 6 x the actual course price. I requested a refund based on being misled and **** to but they refused and are ignoring my emails. They don't answer the phone so it is my only method of contacting them. The have since cancelled the course that i was due to attend and still have not refunded me. This is appalling. Do not throw money away with this company - they are not to be trusted.
