Legal iQ no service delivery- Pathetic

I requested twice legal advice. Legal iQ has up to this day not responded. On the 14 November 2018 I gave one month notice to terminate my contract. Since they have not responded , I send them a few emails . Until today they have not responded. Again they went to debit my account on the 15 December. I have requested for a full refund. No response. pathetic service.
