Dstv guy Lefu Radebe

Lefu Radebe is a DSTV technician in Welkom and surrounding areas. That guy installed my dstv explorer in May 2022 and after a week, some channels were not working. I called him to come and repair it, he came after 3 days, they were fine. After a month it started again, sent a WhatsApp to inform him about it he did not respond, phoned him about 3 times he never answered the phone. I even asked my husband to intervene, because he didn't know my husband's contact numbers, he answered the phone and claimed that he will come that afternoon but he never came. I think this guy doesn't know what he's doing so people be very careful when it comes to people like Lefu. Now we have to find another technician and pay for his services, mind you we paid R900 3 months ago to Lefu for installation. I'm very disappointed at him. That time he claimed that he has 19 years experience. He is rude, it seems to me as if he didnt do customer care. All he does is to comment about why are you renting and so forth but he doesn't know his work.
