VIP Tickets on Oppi Water but no VIP Area

We booked on RSG Oppi Water (MsC Musica) cruise from Cape Town to Walvisbay March 2025. 3 days before departure Lefras Productions invited guests to by VIP tickets (BBP Toegang) at Deck 15 (Dek 15). None of the MSC Cruise staff knew about this and inspection of Deck 15 indicated no VIP area.
