Counting eggs before they hatch

I have been ****med out of R1008. It would have been more had I paid the full amount and not just a deposit. I ordered 8x Potch koekoek pol hens from this farm on 9 Nov 2020. I was meant to have collected them on 27 Nov but was told that ALL his chickens died due to hail. After many unanswered telephone calls and much more howzit howzit whatsapp msg replies from Allan Smith - I still do not have my money back. I even gave him the option to pay me back R200 weekly for 5 weeks - still nothing. I am now going to police to open a theft/ ***** case as his actions are unacceptable
