Genesis Projects building a load of problems

<p>In 2015 i bought and moved into a new complext marketed and sold bt Genesis Projects in Wilgeheuwel. initially everything seemed good and good however pretty soon the racks started to emerge. from showers and Gysers leaking into wall to burst pipes, ill constructed roofs and cracked walls. these complaints were lodged and snag list sent in initially but no response. the Body Corporate lodged complaints with the developer and the NHBRC and we have been ignored and the door slamed in our faces. Clearly showing no protection for the owners that have invested there hard earned money.</p> <p> </p> <p>if you intend to buy a new development from them please thing twice. you will be out of pocket pretty soon with the expenses you will incur so much that it will feel like you are rebuilding your property.</p>
