Genesis do not care what they build and if their name is tarnished

We bought our place around April/May 2015, moved in December 2015 which we thought was going to be amazing. Angel Fish was the contractor that Genesis chose to build our complex. We all put together our snag lists which not even half the snags were fixed. Contacted Genesis to complain about Angel Fish not seeing to our issues and Genesis didn't even bother assisting us in this matter, instead we had Angel fish send a snotty e-mail stating we should not have contacted Genesis and that they would rather sit behind a computer playing a game before helping us with the snags (so professional - Genesis and Angel Fish's)

After two years in the house, there are cracks in the walls. Due to the concrete being mixed with way too much sand, if you put a security gate in, the wall will just crumble. The door frame is ***** that you can't install a security gate without *****s sticking out.

The wooden floor was installed incorrectly, I contacted that contractor appointed by Genesis and he too had every excuse under the sun.

We will never ever buy through Genesis Projects ever again.
