BAD ATTITUDE AND UNSINCERE APOLOGY

I called Chantal to confirm if a unit I had seen on the Genesis website was available on the 17th February 2015, she abruptly directed me to the website, I then told her the unit was showing as available on the site. She then clarified that she needs to confirm if the unit is available or not as someone had enquired about it last week. I then said ok I will await your response. She then responded with an email which said nothing about the units availability. I then called her to once again confirm this, she was rude and condescending. She said \listen Girlie"and told me the unit is not available. I then asked if she could notify me should the applicant not manage to pay the deposit on time and she shouted it's not available and eventually hung up. <br> <br> I feel as a client and a human being I was treated unfairly by Chantal. I trust Chantal did not treat me in this manner because I am black.<br> I sent a complaint to her manager she then responded with the apology ending \""the fact of the matter is that the unit is now sold with the deposit on its way. Hope you accept my apologie"
