Bad Rental experience

I have been renting from Impact Estates (agents for Leffe Trust) since August 2015 and I just want to warn anyone who is considering renting with these people. They operate in bad faith. I always paid my rent on time and since the day we moved in, there were problems (roof leaking badly, stove breaking repeatedly, geyser burst, pool leaking, pool pump breaking, broken lights, broken tiles, ****roach infestation - the place is a mess). I complain and get given ultimatums eg, fix the stove then they will fix the roof, or buy this and they will fix something else. <br> <br> On top of this, there are two other flats on the property, who have water included in their rent, yet mine was subject to monthly fluctuations, and I was expected to pay different amounts each month. I eventually took these people to the rental tribunal and I won! All great, but after 5 months, they put up my rent (but not for the other tenants) and two months after that, they gave me notice to move out.<br> <br> Be careful when dealing with these people - Don't rent from them! They have insane ideas about what is expected from a tenant and if you fight back, they kick you out without reason, provocation or justification
