If you want to waste your time and money use this law firm!!

I recently sold my property and the estate agent handling the sale referred me to Leeuwner Maritz attorneys in Roodepoort to handle the transfer as she had a great deal of confidence in their ability to do the task successfully. i was buying and selling property at the same time and i instructed both firms to please file and lodge at the same time as i didnt want 2 bond repayments at the end of all this. But nothing was done according to our expectations. Instructions were not carried out, the same documents were requested over and over again, people were confused with each other. The worst is that the house i was buying registered almost 3 weeks before the one i was selling which caused me to have to pay 2 bonds. They did everything on Fridays so that you can't get hold of them until the Monday and after registration it took them almost 2 weeks to pay me my money and even let the old Body Corporate know that the house had already been registered to new owners so i had to pay another months levies. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone, if fact if i hear of someone using this firm i will tell them to cancel and find someone else. USELESS!!!
