Bad service

I happened to buy a house from a seller using the above conveyance lawyers. I have never paid so much money for such horrible service. I had to follow them up for everything,I even had to get help from our transfer lawyers. When I went to sign at their offices the person assisting did not even greet us we were just given forms to sign. I felt the company did not value or even appreciate me . As a first time buyer I am really disappointed at their lack of good service .The office manager is very rude and arrogant and will tell you straight they don’t have a discount policy and you are not allowed to change them as the seller is their client. It’s time we do away with such old fashioned and archaic companies they have passed their sell by date. They are too comfortable in the market and the service is horrible will never recommend or use them again. This industry needs new blood. They are mainly used by Remax masters it seems to be a sort of cabal union.
