Bad service

I recently sold my property and the estate agent handling the sale referred Leeuwner Maritz attorneys in Roodepoort to handle the transfer as she had a great deal of confidence in their ability to do the task successfully. However right from day 1 things went wrong. Zeza Grobbelaar was the person assigned to the case. But nothing was done according to our expectations. Instructions were not carried out, the same documents were requested over and over again, people were confused with each other and to top it off a huge amount of my money was paid in error to my previous property's body corporate in levies . Leeuwner Maritz then overpaid me an even bigger amount which I used to pay for my new property. As I explained when trying to rectify this I had to recall the funds get a refund from the Body Corporate to fix their errors! The service was really bad, unprofessional and it seems all real fine and ok to do whatever they pleased with my money!! I reported the matter to the office manager who tried to shift blame , make excuses and did not even offer an apology.
