******* ALERT!!!

NEVER EVER USE LM REMOVALS AND TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS AS THEY ARE ********!!! Recently I had to move my Mother's furniture from Durban to PE as she moved back I got in contact with LM Removals on Facebook which assisted me quickly, I was invoiced and said I needed to pay a deposit before collection of her furniture and it needed to be an immediate payment which I have done, I was told they will be there just after 15:00 on 31st May after some time I asked where they are and was told they would only be able to pick up on Friday after I told them I needed to be out on that day. I had to make other arrangements to get my mother's things to PE. When I asked for my R4000 back I was told no they had to use it for fuel for collecting my mother's things which they never did. We agreed that they would refund me R2000 on the last Thursday of the month which would have been the 30th of June yet NO REFUND, when I asked them I was told the lady who does the refunds FORGOT, and it would be done the next Thursday which would have been the 7th of June, yet still NO REFUND, I am now told they meant yet AGAIN the last Thursday of the month which is the 28th of July, but yet now all of a sudden their account has been suspended for 42 days which I think is just a bull**** story. And the story continues to now 21 days, I think I have been patient enough with these guys. They are ******** and who knows how many other people has been through this with them, or how many more people will be ****med by this company. It is a disgrace that anyone will do this to people who work hard for their money and dont even have the morals to let one know whats going on yet they render a service but FAIL to deliver. Disgusting is still a nice word for the horrible service I've received. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE LAIRS, ******** AND USELESS AS A MOVING COMPANY.
