No Show for Installation

I booked an appointment with Lee's heating and cooling to come and install two air conditioners for 10am. I took the morning off work to be at the house for the installation and by 11am they still hadnt arrived. I called both the land line and cell numbers on their website many times and both went unanswered. <br> <br> I finally got hold of someone at 11:30am who said their car had broken down and she would get back to me shortly with a new time later in the day. I then took the afternoon off work to be at the house and it is now 3pm and I have heard nothing back from them and both lines are going unanswered again.<br> <br> Shocking service, very inconvenient and an absolute waste of my time.
