NO SERVICE

Our company had aircons installed last year and all was good during the winter, the aircon did what it was suppose to do, but as summer came (which I may add, is the hottest summer yet), the aircon didn't work. We had it on 16 and nothing happened.. A couple of people tried to get hold of them to come out and fix the aircon, but they never answer the phone. Finally yesterday we received an email back saying they will be at our office a bit later... Well, it's definitely a bit later and no one came..
