No customer service

I requested a quote for an air conditioning unit. Initial conversation went well, but after the quote was received everything went pear shaped. Three times they were supposed to come out to my house and just never showed up. No courtesy call to inform me that they could not come or anything. No answer when phoning landline or cell. Questions go unanswered. No point in trying to do business with this company.
