Humiliation and Abuse adminster to me by the German Immigration Police

<p>My Names are Levi Nlemoha, a Nigerian with South African Citizenship with ID Number ********** 872083 Passport number ********** 58 . I have been living in South Africa for the past 13 years with a good record. I have never in any way been convicted of any crime or bad conduct. I am a business man who believes in transparency and honesty as the basis for a better life.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 31st July 2016, i was travelling to the United States of America to make a stopover in Belgium for sightseeing through Luftanza Airline. On arrival in Germany, to connect my flight to Belgium hence i could not see any direct flight to Belgium from South Africa, i was confronted by the German Immigration Police who interrogated me, having observe that i was bearing a Nigerian name with South African Passport, i was forcefully ushered into a lockup where i was seriously searched. My bag was turned upside down, my shoes were removed from my leg, my private part was seriously searched to the point that i felt pain. They took my pictures and forced me to go to the toilet. Seriously i was humiliated. I asked in obedience what crime i committed, i was never given any clear reason why i was manhandled by immigration police of Germany. I begged to the point where i was told that i am going to be detained for 4 days on a condition that i must pay the sum of 700Euro to gain my freedom.</p> <p> </p> <p>Having seen the condition and on the fear of what is happening globally by *********, i felt that the best is to pay and return back to South Africa. My Belgium Visa was stamped an inscription which says (ANNULLIERT) a certain type of stamp was placed on my South African Passport and the Belgium visa was blacklisted as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please Sir/Madam, i would like you to assist me to clearing my image and personality and as well summoning the German Embassy to explain in detail why i should be treated like a lower animal in a their country, i believe my using their airline i have also contributed in boasting the economy.. i have never involved in any form of drug related activities and have never seen any drug in my life. I feel so pained as i am writing this complaint now because i feel i have been seriously humiliated by the German. I am writing this complaint because they told me if the treatment i received is not ok by me, i should file a case against them within 30 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>It will be my pleasure if this my complaint is given adequate attention because if not properly treated now, i may be a big treat to other European national hence they took my pictures and destroyed the Visa issued to me by the Belgium Embassy here in South Africa.</p> <p>Hoping that you will give me the attention needed by taking this issue to the appropriate authorities.</p> <p> </p> <p>For more details about me and my business, i can stand any where any time to defend the fact that i am a law abiding citizen of South Africa</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanking you in anticipation</p> <p> </p> <p>Yours Faithfully</p> <p>Levi Nlemoha</p> <p> ********** 997</p> **********
