Poor service poor quality

I bought from Lee Morgan two months from a telesales agent . I requested pictures of the goods before delivery. No pictures arrived only the delivery itself. When the pots arrived they looked cheap and unsatisfactory. So I requested the agent to take them back within two weeks as per the sales agent . Till this day two months later Lee Morgan has still not taken back it’s cheap looking goods . And still deducting from my account even though Iv stopped the deduction.
