Pealing pots

The worst decision I’ve ever made by buying stuff from them what a **** company it is , they **** and said their pots have a life time guarantee of which that’s a big fat LIE

I bought cast iron pots then later on they started peeling off inside when I report the matter I was told that they can only replace the pot provided I pay 50% of the original price. That was not disclosed with me when I was taking the contract. The consultant is poke to Mandy was helpless i then asked for a manager who was also rude and speaking over me all the time i want new pots that will not be pealing i cannot be replacing pots every 6 to 12 months Lee Morgan this is ridiculous
