Lee Morgan is ******** us

I previously purchased items at Lee Morgan and was advised that their items are life time guarantee, to my surprise every time when I have to claim I’m referred to the terms and conditions that they say were sent with the invoice. That’s after you have signed the contract mind that.

They now advise it’s at a fee. I recently tried to claim for a plate, casserole container and convection ovens inside trays.

But to my surprise, the caserrole that I have they no longer have it and will have to pay a fee, but whose fault is that?

They are aware that their sales rep are telling us lies but they are not addressing it.

For me it’s a **** and we are made to buy under false knowledge. So they are not really life time guarantee.
