Le Morgan makes empty promises

<p> I am so angry and dissapointed with Le morgam, i bought some Cast iron pots in 2013 and i paid them off. in 2014 my pots were nicely packed in a box accidentally they fell and they got scratches or chips and some nobs broke I don't know how many times i contacted them. because when i bought the pots they told me they have a life time guarantee and that if they can get chipped they will simply replace them.</p> <p> </p> <p>now i am stuck with ugly pots because of the chips and broken nobs but i paid such a huge amount of money for them.</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE ASSIST ME Le Morgan i am very heart broken, everytime i cook with my pots my heart bleeds.</p> <p> </p>
