I don't like my pots from Lee morgan...

I bought pots in September last year I'm not happy with the pots and I complained. Instead of them helping me they want to rather sell me another set of pots. They want me to pay 3000 if I don't have it then they can't help me their agent. One of the agent told me to buy vim n steelwool. Like who wants to scrub pots at this time?
