bad service

<p>I have ordered a two plate oven stove at Lee Morgan in 2015; i started using the stove in 2016 April. The stove stoped working and i reported it to Lee Morgan; it was replaced. The second stove also had the same problem and it was replaced but i was told that electrical appliances is one year guarantee which contradicted with the information that i got from Krio who was marketing the stove to me. He said is lifetime guarantee. i phoned lee morgan and explain to them that they cant keep on replacing the stove that only works for two or three months whereas am paying R388.00 every month. This year i phoned them again to report the stove and i was told by Emelda that she will call me back on the 18 of January or the 19 of January 2017. Please help me.</p>
