Bad customer service.

Had the worst service with Lee morgan customer service department. Bought Red Cast iron pots in December, and and upon delivery one was chipped. Decided to test the pots, and cooked stew, and there are black marks that wouldn't come out even after serveral washes, and using bicarbonate of soda.

Spoke the kind gentlemen who sold me the pot about the issues, he was patient listened to my complain and refered me to their customer service department. a coloured lady called me from Lee morgan hed office, and spoke like she was speaking to a imbecile. Writing this review with soo much disappointment in the company on how customers are treated. can't believe I made a deal with such people.

Now am stuck with 2 of 4 pots, 1 with burned marks and another with chipped brim, and they were not prpared to listern to my complaint.
