Review of Lee D Realty - Agent Leeann Devar The agent did the following: 1. Passed on transfers to a conveyancer who was a married man, tried to arrange kickbacks and pursued him relentlessly for a personal relationship. 2. Her flirtatious calls and messages to him daily was clearly aimed at impacting his marriage and to get inappropriately close to him. 3. She invited him to her show houses for personal trysts thus trying to use other people's homes entrusted to her for her personal exploits. He did not entertain these invitations. Evidence is contained in voice notes. 4. Despite trying to keep a professional relationship with her, she constantly pushed personal boundaries. The conveyancer felt under threat of losing his work if he did not act friendly to her. 5. It was discovered that her mom had been trying to get people to introduce her to available men due to certain concerns. 6. She could not sell our family's property as she seemed more focused on pursuing the married conveyancer whose parents own the property. The owners had to go to the extent of terminating her services due to her illicit conduct which they brought to the attention of KW PIVOT who she works with. KW PIVOT immediately acknowledged and returned the property keys. 8. In marketing their property, she tried using videos of their property and matched it with music to send messages to the conveyancer. She used the song 'You should let me love you' in his parents property marketing video and asked him to watch the video. She posted the video publicly. 7. The conveyancers wife had also passed on a client to her however she complained to the conveyancer that she does not feel comfortable talking to women or me albeit in her line of business, this cannot be true and is obviously a farce as she felt awkward to speak to her as she was the conveyancers wife who had treated her with professionalism. 8. Despite the conveyancers wife passing on a client to her and her contacting the husband constantly, she never once in several weeks updated the conveyancers wife on the client she had passed on to her. She also stated that she appreciates her husband for the work the wife passed on. 9. After the conveyancer asked her to back off as her conduct was inappropriate and had to even tell her that he was out of town as she was insisting on meeting up with him, she nevertheless persisted and fabricated reasons to contact him. It seemed that she would fein being a damsel in distress needing his help. The conveyancer and his wife were going through a difficult time with her mom being diagnosed with cancer and Ms Devar would not stop calling and messaging her husband. For a meagre 3 transfers, there was not a need for daily calls, messages and emails. She used her work as a springboard to try to get very personal. 11. After confronting her and the conveyancer again telling her to back off and terminating communications with her, she then changed the music on his parents property video publicly to Beyonce's song- Irreplaceable. This was once again lacking professionalism and quite disturbing behavior. 10. A friend who had also mandated her to sell a property had advised that she had been very manipulative, aggressive and was insistent on him accepting an offer that was well below market value inferring that her commission was the main focus. 11. She sent many voice notes, some laughing at property owners and buyers and her being very impressed with herself for deflecting their concerns in a manipulative manner which concerns they had about prices and the properties. 12. Her conduct was very disturbing and it appeared to be aimed at causing mayhem to benefit herself. When confronted, she did not deny and chose to ignore instead. 13. Her conduct has been interpreted to be very ********* and she has been reported to the PPRA. Agents are in the business of assisting many families with their property sales. It is very worrying that as an agent she does not maintain professional boundaries and in as much as she may be trying to seek out a partner for herself, she appears not to have a moral compass that could lead to families, who she undertakes mandates for or work with, breaking down and suffering as a result. Caution should be taken in dealing with her.
