poor product and service

I have been a loyal customer at Lee Cooper store in Cape Town for the last years but 2 weeks ago, I bought two lee cooper shirts on sale, when I got home I realized the one shirt had a fabric thread bunched out but it wasn't that bad and since it was the last one I decided to keep it anyway. when I put the second white shirt in the watching machine it came out with a wrinkled collar even after ironing it, the wrinkles couldn't disappear. I took it back for exchange the clerk person was blatantly rude and repelling. I left it with the store manager who called me back 2weeks later and said there nothing he can do it and kept the shirt. This store is the cheapest in product quality and services.
