They have done wonders with my health, as I suffer from osteoarthritis and overweight they worked out a plan that is going to strengthen my muscles, but because I was hurting myself when doing those exercises they had to go back to the drawing board and came up with hydrotherapy which did wonders to my leg it is now stronger than ever and have lost weight in the process.
