Beware of Ledtronix guarantee

I bought a product which included a guarantee. When it broke I had to pay R180 courier fee for a product that cost about R250. This means the guarantee on the faulty product cost me R180 although the product wss defective through no fault of my own. My email to them did not even deserve a response
