<p>Hello all, my experience is with a private investigator, I was going through a nasty divorce and required his assistance to get me proof of my ex husbands drug n alcohol abuse so that I could show the court he was a danger to my 7 month old baby and should not be left alone with her. I explained the situation to&nbsp;them and they seemed to understand my situation and said he would help me. He sent me a contract which I signed n paid R5000 upfront for the services , in December 2016 he sent me a message saying he was making progress. Months went by with no response to my calls or messages eventually in March 2017 he met me and told me that he had not even started on my case and didn't seem to know anything about my story so although angry I asked for a refund politely which he agreed he told me to give him till end of March to pay. Months went by of excuses and he managed to give me 2500. It's now October 2017 and still haven't received the rest of the money he reads my messages and does not reply. So I have no choice but to hire a tracer and take him to small claims court. The worst thing out of this situation is what I needed to protect my child was not given to me. Please don't fall victim to this horrible n heartless man</p>
