Sub par quality and lack of care from them! STAY AWAY

I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the shocking after service of Lectron Bil****ds and the horrible quality of a really expensive table. Firstly the delivery was VERY VERY late, however, when we did receive the table, the guys that installed it were super efficient and explained everything nicely to me.

My next issue... I believe the quality of the edging was sub par, we've had the table for less than 2 months, we have only used the pool table once and the single time we did, someone brushed past the table and a piece of edging chipped off... now, I know if the edging was completely straight, this would not have happened, but because it wasn't flush (or glued properly), the edging was lifting and now we have a missing patch on a brand new table.

The second question I have is the quality of the topper... now this alone was a span of money but also seems sub par... We have never used the table without a tablecloth or placemats... but the table seems to mark for nothing, a warm cup on a placemat on top of the table cloth goes through and makes a white mark that is super difficult to get out... I mean I've had tons of tables that I've messed on (let alone just put a cup on) and used without a placemat (obviously from other suppliers), but this one seems to mark for nothing... is there not supposed to be some sort of coating to prevent this or some way we can protect the top?

I have called multiple times and no matter what I say, they never put me through to the production manager. I called in September (the only time I actually got through to the production manager) and he asked that I send an email, I did and he never bothered responding, called again in October and they refused to put me through and took a message… they did not bother calling me back, I called again in November, same story, lastly, I called again in December and they said to send another email, I then stated that I already had an no one bothered responding, they took and message (as he was in a meeting) and promised to call me back, that didn’t happen either.

I will NEVER EVER recommend anyone go near Lectron Bil****ds, they are super overpriced and their tables are sub par quality
