Not sure how this business still exists

I tried to move a pool table from Johannesburg to Pretoria for which Bennie gave me a quote of R1800 on 12 March. It is on the steep side, but I accepted it because it is a specialised service. I asked Bennie to go ahead and call me so that we can make an appointment for the move (15 March). No response. Even after sending him another mail asking if they want the business, still not response. <br> <br> Either they have too much business (hard to believe in today's times) or they have *********** and arrogant staff. Either way, it has left a bitter taste in my mouth. If this is the way they treat customers, they will soon sit without....I wonder if the owners are aware of this.
