Lectron Billards pathetic

This is absolutely the worst business I have ever purchased anything from , I paid a deposit on a light I ordered for my pool table , settled on a standard design offered by the company , I paid my deposit on the 9th February 2019 and was informed it could take between 6 and 10 working days depending on availability, it is the 27th of March 2019 today and I have yet to receive any form of communication from Lectron Bil****ds with regards to where my light is , last week I was told it was on the truck on its way to the centurion outlet ...... kind of reminds me of that little puppet show you watched as a kid , or the little dog and pony show , it’s a shame that in our economic climate consumers cannot conduct business with professionals.....
