Customer service pathetic.

Terrible customer experience. They quite happy to take your order, but be prepared to chase continually for feedback or a delivery date. Escalations to management are pointless. Usually takes 3-4 emails before you receive a vague response to your queries. After sales service non existent. Save your time, go with somebody else. Yet to receive a call from anyone in cape town after escalating. Table was finally delivered, accessories that were provided were of the poorest quality. Table itself decent but you can see no attention to detail (marks on wood, one pocket not running true etc.) Truly, do not waste your time with this company. They will be very quick to chase your payments though.
