Lebo's place looks great at first glance until you move in...

Lebo's Place is a block of flats in Witpoortjie that have been recently developed and built for rental. When we first moved in, we thought the unit was okay for what we needed at the time. Unfortunately, a few weeks after moving in, we realized there was mold spreading uncontrollably in the entire unit, on the walls, in the bedroom cupboards, and we never received assistance after reporting this. We soon found out several other rooms had this same problem. And the tenants that left the unit before us, probably left for this same reason! And because of the way the block of flats were built, there are parts of the house that receive no sunshine or light, and you need to keep lights on at all times. The place has so many defects that are easy to miss this during viewing...
