Deposit owed

Hello peter I have a question and complaint. I have been renting from Lebohang Property in Bloemfontein for 3 years and I informed them in writing that I am moving out after 3 months as it was agreed on and now after I moved out they need to pay back my deposit but now they are nowhere to be found. How can you assist me
