Service Rate

I’ve never experienced such bad service I booked my appointment to see a dentist a week before . When I got to the practice the doctor wasn’t there I was then assisted by the staff and X-ray was done since it’s was my Wisdom tooth needed to be taken out . Doctor was still not in she was called a couple of times to check if she’s still coming she then called back and said she won’t be coming in , mind you it’s wasn’t a walk in I made an appointment to see her . I was then charged for X-ray that was R200 okay fine but then was also requested to pay R400 for consultation mind you I didn’t see a doctor the stuff only did the X-ray and I was told that the doctor will have a look at my X -ray and she will give me a call & I didn’t receive that call . Ok fine Called the doctor she’s was rude on the phone and cut the call while speaking to her so basically I paid R400 consultation for a doctor I didn’t see . The staff actually wrote the referral letter on her behalf wasn’t even told before hand that she won’t be in even when I got there I wasn’t told until I asked .
