This is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. I did my driver evaluation with them 3 weeks ago and have been doing follow up with them for the past two weeks. Instead I get no response whereas a friend of mine got hers a week after her test. I can't complete my Uber profile as a result. The income I would have had by now clearly doesn't concern them, UBER should give us more options in this regard so that we don't have to make use of one service provider. If that was the case I honestly would have asked for a refund and sought better service elsewhere. This is really irritating.
