Workmanship and Service

TERRIBLE!!! Very unprofessional and workmanship total disgrace, however they take your cash upfront. I was in total shock with the repair when the sofa was delivered, and was promised that it would be rectified. . They have admitted that the repair is not standard, and a Technician would come and fix the work. I have had numerous promises from Bobby since 24th February to fix the repair, but he is always having car trouble, I'm now being ignored and nobody is bothering to answer me. So now my only solution is to seek legal advise, to try and get my money back to have the repair redone else where.
