Be very careful

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have voice notes, a recorded conversation of admission of guilt for job not done from Donaven, and what's app conversations to prove the job wasn't done on my couches. They come across as helpful and friendly intially, so many promises made, but ultimately have **** and stole my money (again I have all the **** to back up every allegation). Ugly, mean messages from their side, holding items for ransom. Took full responsibility when confronted face to face but the next day reverted back to nastiness and demanding payment for delivery of items which were sent in sub standard condition. A 3-5 day job turned into over 2 weeks with only the bare minimum done (and the bulk of the job was simple, 6 new high denisty foam for couch cushions - which was NOT done - clearly stated on the quote and invoice) Disappointing. And they will reply with lies which is sad. Be very very careful before using this company - record every conversation with them telephonically and personally.
