Bad quality work

I just have had a very bad experience with Leatherpro in Benoni. A year ago we contacted them with regards to a stain on our single seater leather couch. At first they quoted R650 but then said they have to now completely strip the whole couch set (3 piece worth R30'000) of its original color as they can not match the color and they will restain it at a similar color a cost of R4500. We reluctantly agreed to it . We were told to only clean the couches with a damp cloth and use Wynns Leather Care to feed the leather which we followed to the letter. Now a year later the color they put on is fading away and it looks horrible. After contacting them they said that their work does not carry any guarantee (that part is NOT mentioned on the quote or invoice, which I still have) but they will repeat the process at my own cost.<br> All I can say is avoid them at all cost - in the long run you will be bitterly disappointed. The quality of work is not at the right standard and they do not have the interest to repair their mistakes. I have made several calls and send an email to try and resolve the matter in an amicable way but they refuse to be of any assistance without extra money being paid.
