Leatherman sa.... Great disappointment....

I am extremely disappointed in Leatherman. After hearing raves about this product I bought one for my husband. He loved it. Used it for everything. But... When I came time to send it in for a few minor fixes it came back in worse condition. Blades were actually just filed down... Not even smoothly or straight... I took it in in February 2020 and only received a call this week to collect it. And when collecting it from Trappers in middleburg today. 14.11.2020 it arrived in this condition. My husband actually just told trappers to send it back to Leatherman and tell them to stick it where the sun doesn't shine. If the warranty isn't worth the paper it is printed on then it's not worth having the product. We especially bought the titanium one so that is would be worth while... Just to receive this kind of **** service from a company that advertisers perfection... Really disappointed.
