Disgusting service

My lounge suite needs repairing, I have a warranty for 5 years, this is the 5th time, I have been emailing and messaging since October 2017,they ignore my messages totally, when philip finally bothered to reply to 1 message I was told they're in my area last week, I sent 3 messages asking if they would be repairing my couch, my messages were read and ignored. I advise anyone don't buy the LEATHERGUARD warranty!!
