<p>on the 06/02/2016 i made a deposit of R5000.00 at Furniture direct 2u buying lounge suite which caused R 40000.00 they after a month they called me to deposit the amount of R15000.00 so that they can start manufacturing my lounge suite. </p> <p>the agreement was that after 6 weeks the items will be ready for delivery.</p> <p>April, May, june past without any stock they kept on sayong they had a lot of orders they will let me know,</p> <p>i then contacted the sales person he told me he is no longer working for that company i was puzzled then i contacted the company again.</p> <p> </p> <p>the lady by the name of Barbarra told me Furniture direct 2u was bankrupt but her and Ashley have taken over the company i will receive my order soon . after 2 weeks while spoke to them Barbara contacted me that my lounge is ready i should pay and they will deliver it.</p> <p>i then ask to see it before depositing the balance , they gave me address to langlaagte i went to see them. on arrival there was helpful lady who showed me the lounge suite and i asked her to put more foam as the it wasnt full like the one i saw at the shop. she agreed. i went and paid the outstanding balance and the lounge was delivered</p> <p>when i get home i discover that the colour was incorrect i then went to shop to complain and they said i should pay R3000,00 for the colour that i want and i told them that is not the colour i wanted he said if i pay that amount they will replace it within 6 weeks again. then i said i will think abaout it.</p> <p> </p> <p>i didnt send them as i was skeptical and thinking that i will loose them as they took long to deliver. now in november i discover that there is something wrong with those sofas, if you sit they make noise like the structure is broken i conected them.</p> <p>Barbarra told me that furniture4u is closed ther is nothing she can do, i reminded her that she is the one told me she has taken over the company everything will be in order she then refered me to Ashley, who then refered me to TK who told me there is nothing she can do . those sofas in less that 5 months the structure is broken and the pilows are out of shape and i paid R40000.00 and none of them is will to help me</p> <p> </p> <p>could you please assist </p> <p>the company number is ********** 746</p> <p>Ashley's ********** 490</p> <p>regards</p> <p>Susan ********** 235</p>
