Worst online purchase experience EVER!

By far the worst experience ever! I bought items through their online store (26/10/2021), had to wait weeks for delivery (5 to 8 business days is bull****) only to receive damaged items. Replacement items were sent only to find them damaged again. I was then told that some items are not in stock or discontinued. I am still waiting for refunds but its an absolute uphill battle to get these people to respond and follow through with their ´´promises´´. I cant believe that a business can treat clients with so little consideration and respect in these times... A special Thanks to ´´Mbali and Jironi´´ for *&¨%%$ me around for days! You guys are super professional! I wouldnt be surprised if this ****ty company goes under.....
