Victim of inferior quality

I purchased a couch from Leather gallery crescent branch and dealt with the sales person viloshni. We received the couch within a couple of days to our home. Unfortunately for us what we have seen on their showroom and what we purchased is worlds apart. Our couch foam feels different compared to the showroom piece, so we then took our seats to compare the difference and found out that the foam is infact a different color and feel is of a inferior quality. We have taken photos and videos of the comparison and the sales person herself was shocked to see how bad shape the couch has become just in 7 days. I then took the foam we received in our couch to a foam company to compare and get information about this specific item compared to the one they have in store, they themselves walked in store and found that the foam on the showroom compared to what we have is of an inferior quality not known to people not in the industry like ourselves. We have received such bad service from this company and sent emails and calls with no proper conclusion except that they want to change the foam of the couch. My question to them which no one can answer me, what foam do you now want to put in? I am concerned as I do not want to have the same issue I am having right now. They did however say they have two different suppliers and that is why their is a difference in foam. I don’t for once believe that as there would be a standard high density foam that goes into their couches.

I have contacted further consumer acts regarding this and as well as Wendy knowler. My advise to anyone looking to purchase from this company to reconsider, there are many other reputable companies to deal with and that is something I regret.
