very unhappy and disappointed

I bought sofa in may 2015 for R20000 and a month later the colour started fading. the colour of the sofas is black but when you sit on them, the colour rubs off and you get a brown colour. It hasn't even been a year since I bought those sofas yet they look like they are 10years old. I bought from leather gallery because I trusted their products but now they have let me down and I do not think ill ever buy anything from there or let anyone I know go there. after coming to my house and seeing those sofas I don't even think they will ever want to buy there. when you buy a new house and new furniture, friends and family get excited to come and see your home but one had to be disappointed by leather gallery.<br> <br> I need those sofas to be fixed or refund me so that I can buy something more reliable!<br> <br> my name is Nomalinge
