Unhappy Customer

The delivery turn-around time is terrible. 2 weeks of waiting for my products, and they are not even customized, to be delivered after I was informed they are available in the warehouse just one item was outstanding and it will be delivered within 2 days to their dispatch warehouse from of my actual purchase date.
