The worst after care service from Leather Gallery

The absolute service ever. We bought a set from them and we weren’t happy with the one recliner and requested an exchange. It’s been over two weeks and we are still sitting with the plastic covered couch in my lounge. The excuse is they need to schedule a pick up and exchange delivery. We have also just seen that the *****s on one of the chairs for the other recliner is broken / stripped. So I can only imagine what the wood looks like where the ***** is stripped. I am battling to find any joy out of anyone from Jhb or KZN that can actually assist us.
